What You'll Do:

- Oversee customer implementations from kickoff to completion

Requirements:
- 3+ years in customer success, implementation, or project management

Business Development Manager

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs
- Build integrations with Google, social media platforms, and review sites
- Optimize API performance, scalability, and reliability
- Implement authentication, rate limiting, and security measures
- Write comprehensive API documentation
- Collaborate with frontend and product teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years of backend development experience
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, or similar languages
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of API security, OAuth, and authentication
- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL)
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
